In order to avoid confusion and to clarify the rights and obligations between Loveletters, Ink (“loveletters” or “we” or “us”) and its online shop customers and website visitors (“you”), we require that all purchasers and visitors read and agree to these terms and conditions (the “Terms of Use”). Returns
We pride ourselves on delivering fresh cut flowers that will stay fresh for at least a week. However, because we do not have control over the environment in which these flowers are displayed, all sales of perishable materials (all flowers, fresh or dried) and the containers in which they are delivered are final. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would like to hear your complaint and work toward resolving the issue, but we cannot offer a refund.
We will accept returns on artwork if the item is in like-new condition. Shipping costs to return the item are at the purchasers expense, and the condition of the piece will be evaluated for refund amount upon delivery to us. Please pack all returned items securely with plenty of cushion to avoid damage and allow us to grant you a full refund.
Payment for Orders
All online sales must be made by credit card, Apple Pay, or Paypal. We accept payment from the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Acceptance of orders is subject to credit card verification procedures. We reserve the right to cancel an order if it does not meet our credit card verification standards.
Shipping
Our first choice for carrier is USPS, other arrangements can be made if necessary.
We typically ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed will typically ship the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships with tracking information.
Tracking information is emailed once your package ships. You can find the most up-to-date information by clicking the link in your shipping confirmation email.
Shipping carriers experience delays depending on the time of year or other circumstances. We will fulfill your order as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee delivery times.

Other than the content you own, under these Terms, Loveletters, Ink and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website.
